Our latest update introduces a powerful new way to manage approvals: create, send, and track quotes directly from Allfred. Plus, with our new integration, you can automatically turn won deals in Pipedrive into structured projects in Allfred — no manual work needed. We’ve also enhanced PDF Budgets and improved financial tracking to help you stay on top of expenses and invoicing.

1️⃣ Send Quotes Directly to Clients from Allfred
You can now send financial quotes (PDF Budgets) directly to your clients from Allfred – without needing to download and email them manually. Each Quote includes all relevant financial details and a unique Quote ID, which can be used as a reference for purchase orders.
📩 How it works:
- Clients receive a direct approval link to review the Quote.
- They can approve, reject, or download the document instantly.
- Once approved, you’ll receive a notification, and the approval will be visible in the Quotes listing. If needed, you can manually approve it on behalf of the client.
This eliminates back-and-forth emails and ensures faster deal approvals! ✅

2️⃣ New Pipedrive Integration: Turn Deals into Projects Automatically
Connect your Pipedrive pipeline with Allfred and eliminate manual project creation. When a deal hits your selected stage, Allfred creates a project with all the right details. One pipeline, full control.

3️⃣ Improved PDF Budgets → Now Called Quotes
Along with the ability to send Quotes, we’ve also revamped the PDF Budget format to provide a more structured and professional document for clients.
Key Enhancements:
✅ Cover Page: Each Quote now features a cover page with a unique Quote ID (can serve as a purchase order number for tracking) and billing details.
✅ Detailed Financial Breakdown: Options to include/exclude positions, quantities, hours, VAT, and discounts.
✅ Customizable Colors: You can now request custom colors for the cover page and section headers to match your branding.

4️⃣ New “Created Date” for Expenses
To improve expense tracking and reporting, we’ve added a Created Date field for all received expenses. This makes it easier to organize, sort, and report on expenses based on when they were incurred.
📊 How it works:
- The Created Date is automatically set based on when the expense was added.
- Only Admins & CFOs can manually edit this field if necessary.
- Helps track financial reporting more accurately and prevents delays in processing invoices.
This feature provides better visibility into cash flow and improves financial planning by ensuring that all expenses are accounted for at the right time.

5️⃣ “Submitted On” Date for Invoicing Requests
CFOs can now see when a Project Manager or Team Lead submitted an invoice request for approval. This makes it easier to track delays and optimize cash flow.

- Helps detect bottlenecks in the invoicing process.
- Provides better visibility into billing workflows.
- Ensures invoices are processed on time.

6️⃣ New Account Format for Non-IBAN Countries
To better support clients in countries that don’t use IBAN, we’ve added fields for Account Number and Bank Code in the client billing settings. This ensures your outgoing invoices display accurate and localized banking details—keeping your payments smooth and compliant.
