Can you tell us about your agency and its core mission? What sets your agency apart in the creative industry?
My Brand Agency delivers marketing services and products that help clients grow and move forward. We have created our internal framework called BIGGG IDEA, that represents our mission and process of campaign creation. G’s in the BIGGG IDEA mean: GREAT LOOKING, GRABS ATTENTION, GIVES SATISFACTION. We provide the most creative and effective services in terms of budget allocation.
What trends or challenges do you see emerging in your industry, and how is your agency addressing them?
With increasing competition, agencies are gradually moving from a 360 approach to focusing on specific niches. This natural shift is driven by technological advancements, making it difficult to be an expert in every area. We see this trend as well and are transitioning from an execution-focused agency to a consultancy. This allows us to offer clients an objective view of their overall marketing communication, evaluate it, and provide feedback with potential improvements based on insights from the client’s specific vertical.
How do you integrate innovative technologies into your projects, and how has this impacted your outcomes?
One of our main tools for daily operations is Allfred, which helps us manage the agency with a focus on margin and profitability. Additionally, we use various AI tools that assist in creating specific visual/text outputs for clients. During execution, we also utilize analytical AI tools to evaluate data obtained from advertising campaigns for our clients.
Can you share a case study or success story where your agency achieved significant results for a client?
One of our standout projects was the campaign for authorized seller of global jewelry brands Mirror. Our priority was to increase turnover of the e-shop so that its sales represent at least 50 % of of the company’s total sales. We also worked on expanding awareness among the target audience and we defined unified graphic design.
We expected success already at the beginning of the ongoing campaign as our target audience responded to creative ads almost immediately. Our assumption became reality which could be seen in resulting numbers of acquisition campaigns.
First step was to define the right strategy. We started by analyzing the biggest competitors on the market. After that we focused on evaluating the client’s current positioning and sales channels. We used the RACE model to create an online marketing strategy in which we focused on acquisition of new customers while maintaining existing ones. In order to maintain existing customers we used e-mail communication and remarketing. Consequently, we tested visuals while each phase of ad campaign contained its own creative concept.
We managed to successfully fulfill set goals according to the marketing plan. With an average ROAS of 13,45 we managed to exceed our client’s expectations. In addition to increase sales, we improved overall communication of the brand with target audience.

Our survey shows that distinctive visual identities increase brand recall and influence purchasing behavior. We hold Monday chemistry meetings where we smoothly transition from the weekend mood to the work mode. These meetings allow people from different departments to participate in creative workshops, bringing in fresh ideas even from non-creatives. We also have quarterly team-building events combined with quarterly evaluations, during which we have fun and encourage creativity through various games and exercises.
