In this Allfred update, we’re introducing new ways to reduce manual work and automate daily workflows across your agency. From automatic expense import and payment matching to better control over allocation planning and task management, these features are designed to help you manage costs, capacity, and operations more efficiently.
Let’s take a closer look at what’s new:
Table of Contents
📥 Automatic Expense Import from Collection Email
You can now forward receipts and invoices directly to a dedicated collection email address. Allfred will automatically upload and extract the data, assigning it to the correct expense record.
No more manual data entry – just forward the email, and your costs are instantly available in the system.
💸 Automatic Payment Matching
Incoming payments are now automatically matched to the corresponding invoices. This eliminates the need for manual pairing and ensures your financial overview stays accurate and always up to date.
🧠 Minimize Allocation Modal
We’ve added a button to collapse the allocation modal so you can review existing workload or planned capacity before assigning more tasks. This allows you to make informed decisions without closing the allocation view.
Ideal for project managers who need a quick overview before confirming changes.
💳 Expense Credit Accounts
Prepaid media budgets, PR article packages or any type of credit-based expenses can now be tracked directly in Allfred – no need for Excel spreadsheets.
You can assign these credit accounts to clients and projects, and track how much has been used and when – all from one place.
✏️ Custom Task List View
You can now customize the task list by selecting which columns you want to display. New fields such as start date, end date, and creation date are available to help you sort and filter tasks more effectively.
Tailor the view to fit your team’s workflow – whether you’re focused on deadlines or task origins.
🔍 Smarter Task Search in Allocation
Task search in the Allocation view has been improved with new filters and fields. You can now narrow down search results to see only the most relevant tasks for your allocation – no more scrolling through unrelated work.
