Allfred.io is a SaaS platform for creative agencies. We help them cut the admin chaos, run projects smoother, and actually make money instead of losing sleep over spreadsheets. Agencies like Triad, Mullenlowe GGK or MUW Saatchi & Saatchi have already hopped on board, and we’re expanding further across Europe — Lithuania, Romania, Bulgaria, Italy, the UK… you get the idea.

What You’ll Do

This role is a mix of Customer Success, Support, and a pinch of Marketing. You’ll be the person agencies turn to when they need help, ideas, or simply a human to talk to. In short — you’ll be Allfred’s voice and ears.

Your day-to-day:

  • Be the first friendly face (well, chat/email/video-call face) for our clients
  • Help agencies figure out the best way to use Allfred.io
  • Solve bugs and mysteries with our product team
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients
  • Spot ways to bring more value and pass on product feedback

Over time:

This role can grow into consultancy work with agencies, helping them optimize processes, and later leading onboarding for new clients.

Knowledge Base & Help Desk

  • Write and update help articles, FAQs, and tutorials
  • Keep our educational content fresh whenever new features launch
  • Team up with marketing to make content useful and fun

Communication & Marketing Support

  • Draft newsletters and product updates
  • Support smaller marketing campaigns
  • Join partnership activities like backlink swaps and collabs
  • Help shape blog posts and LinkedIn content
  • Suggest clever ways to boost engagement and adoption

Who We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 1–3 years in customer success, support, or account management (perfect for ex-account executives who want to switch from agency life to SaaS)
  • Languages: Slovak/Czech + English (min. B2)
  • Mindset: Empathetic, proactive, problem-solver
  • Skills: Can juggle priorities without dropping the ball

Bonus points for:

  • Knowing Allfred.io (huge plus!)
  • Familiarity with help desk tools (Intercom = ❤️)
  • Basic skills with content or email marketing tools
  • Background in the creative/agency world

💶 Salary

From 1 200 – 1800 € month, depending on experience and performance, with plenty of room to grow as the role (and you) evolve.
