Planning just got faster! We’ve optimized the experience to save you time, and added a new feature: Delete this day for all users, which lets you clear allocations for a specific day in one go—ideal for quick changes in resource planning.
#5 📊 Enhanced Invoice Summary
Managing your finances just got simpler with our new summary row in outgoing invoices. This feature breaks down invoice data into three essential figures:
- Total amount without VAT
- VAT amount
- Total with VAT
The summary is also categorized by due dates—Current, Overdue by 0–30 days, Overdue by 31–90 days, and Overdue by 91+ days—giving you a clearer understanding of overdue payments and what needs immediate attention.

We’ve updated the Budget Listing in project details to include the option to download budgets directly as PDFs. Now, there’s no need to navigate to the Budgets section, saving you time and simplifying the process. Additionally, a revamped back button ensures seamless navigation back to the budget list.

No more manual password sharing! When inviting new users, they’ll now receive an email link to set up their own password. It’s faster, more secure, and saves your team time.
